Novi Heat Yard Sign Ordering Form

Thank you for ordering a "Novi Heat Yard Sign" for your child. The cost per double-sided yard sign is $15.00. Please note that only Cash (at uniform day) or Venmo payments will be accepted @carly-kaye (Uniform Coordinator for Novi Heat). Orders will not be placed without the confirmation of Venmo payment and this Google Form being completed by January 15, 2025.

Yard signs must be pre-ordered by January 15, 2025. The plan is to have the yard signs completed and distributed by mid-February. An email blast will go out to the email you listed below for the pick-up date at the Strike Zone.
