Susie A. Laughlin Scholarship
APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 25, 2022

The Susie A. Laughlin Scholarship application consists of three (3) parts.

PART ONE is general information.  This section will be separated from the rest of the application and is the only page on which the applicant's name will appear.  The scholarship committee will accomplish the initial screening of applicants using only Part TWO and THREE on which the applicant will be identified by an assigned number.

PART TWO asks the applicant to answer briefly twelve (12) questions about high school years.  Complete sentences are not necessary in this section.  

PART THREE asks the applicant to expand the answers to three of the questions in Part TWO, limiting the answers to no more than fifty (50) words each.
