       -If notified 21 days or more before the start of travel: 10% fee will be charged.

    - If notified 14 days prior to travel start: 50% fee charged

    - If notified 7 days or more prior to travel start: 70% fee charged

    - If notified 5 days prior to travel start: 80% fee charged

    - If notified at least 3 days prior to travel start: 90% fee charged

    - If notified at least 2 days prior to on the day of travel start : No refund
