Thanks for your interest in joining our leadership team! We have big goals for 2025. We are a 100% volunteer-run non-profit organization based in California that hosts climbing events indoors and outdoors. We are expanding our outdoor program in 2025 while continuing to grow our operational capacity.

MISSION
Queer Crush Climbing is about creating safe and inclusive spaces for those who are diverse in their gender, romantic, and sexual orientations. We empower Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color of all abilities to seek healing, health, community and connection with the land through the art and sport of climbing.

We prefer a commitment of 12 months, although shorter commitment lengths will be considered!
