What is the name of your building or community group? *
Is your group a Scottish Episcopal Church congregation? *

Required
Do you have six people who want to be involved in your group?   *
One group member will need to facilitate your group sessions.  We will give them a structure to follow and we offer training materials to give them tips and help them make sure even the quieter people get their say.  We will spend as much time with them as they want so they feel comfortable with the role. Do you have someone willing to do this? *
You will also need an engineer to help you with some of the more technical aspects of the programme.  Do you already have a volunteer engineer?   *
Please describe your building or buildings.  How many are there?  Are they old?  New?  One big space, or lots of smaller rooms?  Used every day, or just occasionally? *
Does your building have internet access via a wifi network that the thermal monitoring can use?   *
Can someone in the group bring a laptop, tablet computer or smartphone to sessions?   *
Does your group have access to a projector? *
How did your group hear of our programme? *
With gratitude to our partners
