Show Season Availability
Hey Raynham Show Team Riders,

In order to keep our pricing for trailering so low, we need to have a full trailer load for each show.  That means that we will NOT be going to all the shows on the list we distributed at the meeting.  Those were potential shows we can attend but we need to figure out which ones have enough riders available to fill the trailer.  We also have to ensure that the horses' workloads are balanced and that we are assigning riders (and horses) competitions that will create the best possible show season for them.  It's a nightmare to sort out and to make it even remotely possible we need AS MUCH availability as possible.  If you submit your form with only 3 or 4 dates available, it is simply not possible to create a schedule that works.

SO - with that being said, we've decided to switch it up.  Since you should have fewer dates that are an issue over the season, we thought it would be easier for you to check off which dates you are NOT available.   We will not assign riders a show that isn't suitable so you do not need to worry about which shows fall on what weeks.  Just let us know when you are away - weddings/cottage, etc.

If you are doing a half-season, fill out that section.  If you are doing a full season (or university season), please fill out BOTH sections of the form.
