預訂設施申請手續
1. 設施預訂將於每週五下午5時後截止下一週申請，在協調及審批後發出電郵通知結果。
2. 基於公平使用原則，租戶可以提前申請，唯有關審批將會在一週截止申請後才能處理及審批。

使用設施守則
1. 除非得到業主批准，否則不得租用場地用作提供收費服務。
2. 嚴禁吸煙及賭博。
3. 不可對其他租戶造成任何滋擾。
4. 請保持清潔、整齊及小心使用各項設施。使用者將負上於任何使用時引致設施損毀/遺失/弄污等之責任。(一般設施清潔收費港幣2,000元)
5. 如有任何人仕於使用設施時，造成/引致損傷、損失或損毀，本管理公司概不負責。

Application procedures for booking facilities
1. Facility reservation for the next week will be closed every Friday after 5:00pm. After coordination and approval, an email will be sent to the tenant for the booking result.
2. Based on the principle of fair use, tenants can apply for facility reservation in advance, but the application will only be processed and released after the closure of the application (i.e. 5:00pm on every Friday).

Rules for using facilities
1. Unless approved by the landlord, the facility shall not be rented to provide fee-based services.
2. Smoking and gambling are strictly prohibited.
3. Do not cause any nuisance to other tenants.
4. Please keep clean, tidy and use all facilities carefully. The user will be responsible for any damage/loss/stain of the facility caused by use. (General facility cleaning fee is HK$2,000)
5. The management company is not responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by anyone using the facility.
