Captains (or delegate) of home teams must complete this form by 8pm on the Thursday before a Saturday match.  If your match is on another day of the week, please make a separate arrangement with Marco for teas.
  • If the request needs to change BEFORE that deadline, you can edit it in this form
  • If the request needs to change AFTER that deadline, it can't be changed.  Contact Marco directly if the order change is significant - to avoid wastage
  • If the match is cancelled for any reason, you must let Marco know as soon as you know - to avoid wastage.
