The Mercer XLab Take it, Break it, Make it Contest requires a completed application by Friday, March 1st.  All students or student groups must "break" apart any disowned or broken piece of electronic equipment, "take" at least one part from it, and "make" it a part of a design personal or course project!  Students can submit a video demonstration describing the original electronic device, harvested parts, and the final demonstrated project.  The judges will weigh each submission according to it's technical analysis, creative reuse, and overall presentation.  For the Spring 2024 semester the prize is your name inscribed for eternity on the Golden XHammer!  All videos submissions are due by May 6th (after finals week!) so we have time to announce the winner before Commencement events.  An email will be sent to all participants explaining details about submission and requirements.
