Texas Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy (ILEA) Commitment Form

I understand my responsibilities as a candidate for the Texas Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy and will make it a priority to support this endeavor by, but not be limited to, the following: 

  • Participate in the Texas Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy webinars and face-to-face meetings

  • Participate in intensive training and support through March 2024

  • Implement the ILEA skills with Instructors 

  • Mentor other instructors using the skills acquired during training

  • Participate in the Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy forum (Community of Practice in PD Portal)

  • Contribute to discussions and assignments

  • Fully implement the instructional leadership model in my respective adult education program
