Join the project, Rights of Passage.
Thank you so much for your interest in participating in this photographic project.

“Rights of Passages” aims to initiate a conversation about the freedom and limitations of mobility related to the passport you are carrying. Our identity has come to be determined by our passports because we sometimes are not treated as individuals but as our nation of origin.  Although we cannot choose where we are born, it is unfortunate that a person's ability to enter a country is based on the country of origin of their passport.
Through this initiative, I hope to raise the awareness to a larger audience about this issue for people to have a better understand and may empathize with others who might not have the same freedom of movement as other countries.

I am looking for all nations of passport holders to participate in this project.
  • Passport holders from any nations
  • There will be a short interview (no video)
  • A photoshoot (a portrait with passport in front of the face)
  • If you have tradition costumes/items to wear, it is be preferable.
  • If anyone would like to help and participate, or have future question - please feel free to email me at nwongch@siue.edu or info@natchaw.com
