Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! By filling out this form and submitting it you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

* I prefer for fandoms I’m interested in but I am willing to research and communicate with you about this.
** Please DM me before requesting as I will need written consent from the person/people in question. I will not do celebrities, YouTubers, Internet personalities, etc.
***I am not as skilled in drawing animals or their features and if you request this you are acknowledging this. I will do my best regardless.

*This includes incest (yes, this also includes step-brothers, -sisters, etc), bestiality, minor x adult, etc. 

TIMEFRAME
While I will do my best to provide the finished commission within a timely manner (i.e. 3-4 weeks), I am a student as well as part-time employee and delays are possible. I will do my best to communicate with you when I encounter any delays or issues as soon as or soon after they happen. If your commission is time-sensitive, please contact me via Instagram, Twitter, or email to discuss a reasonable timeframe that we can both agree on.

REVISIONS
During the process, I will send you WIP shots at each stage (sketch, line art, color, rendering) so you can check the progress and request revisions. If you request a fully rendered piece, once the coloring is done you may request 2 more revisions. Any more or large changes (changing the pose, hairstyle, entire pieces of clothing, etc.) will incur an extra fee. As such, please do your best in detailing exactly what you want when prompted.

RIGHTS AND LEGAL INFORMATION
Do not use commissioned pieces for commercial use. If you wish to use it as a profile picture, icon, header, etc. you must link back to me with proper credit. Feel free to print the piece out to display in your room for your enjoyment or use as a lock screen, but under no circumstances use it to create NFTs, train AI, etc. Do not claim the work as yours or give anyone besides me credit for it. Do not alter or edit the piece. 

I reserve the right to deny a commission request for any reason. If I do, I will contact you explaining why.

PAYMENT
Payment will be done through Paypal. I will send you a Paypal invoice to request payment upon completion. Once paid, I will send you the finished high-resolution files via email. Commissions less than $50 will have to be paid upfront. Higher amounts will be split into two–half up front and the rest upon completion. 

REFUNDS
If I have not contacted you within a week (7 days) after accepting your commission, you will be granted a full refund. If during the process, I fail to contact you within a week after our prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund and for the commission to be terminated. You are also entitled to a refund and termination if we come to a mutual agreement on a reasonable deadline and I fail to meet it. Once again, if due to unforeseen or outside circumstances that would cause me to miss the deadline, I will do my best to communicate this with you.

You are not entitled to a refund if upon completion you find that you are unsatisfied with the final product. An in-progress sketch will be provided as well as progress checkpoints throughout the process and it is up to you to communicate your expectations and idea for the piece. I also urge you to check my social media (@phoenixandjacob on Instagram and Tiktok) to get an understanding of my art if you haven’t already.

Poses, expression, additional props, background elements, etc. Tell me the kind of mood you want for this or even just the character(s) personality(ies) will help me a lot. You can also provide a link to an image with the pose you’d like. Again, please make sure the link is viewable to everyone when sharing.
The artist has permission to post my finished commission on social media. *
