2024 NSDC DSS Mentors & Judges Call for Participation

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 NSDC Data Science Symposium (NSDC DSS) as a mentor or a judge. The responsibilities of mentors and judges are as follows:

Mentors:
- Co-host one-hour, monthly mentoring sessions, facilitated by the NSDC HQ Team, in April, May, and June 2024 to coach students on their research ideas based on your research expertise (exact dates and times TBD according to mentors' availability and student interest).

-Total Estimated Time Commitment: 1-3 hours

Judges:
- Provide input to NSDC Data Science Symposium Project Team on evaluation criteria for papers.

-Read and judge NSDC student poster submissions in August 2024, and fill out an evaluation form for each submission.

-Total Estimated Time Commitment: 1-3 hours
