SUNY New Paltz Literacy Tutoring Program Spring 2022 Registration
Dear Parents:

The School of Education Literacy Center is accepting applications for students in grades 2 through 12 who need additional literacy support. During the Spring semester, graduate candidates in the MS Literacy Education program will provide targeted instructional support in a remote learning environment.

A limited number of spots are available. Completion of this application does not ensure acceptance into the program.

Additional details:
--The tutoring sections will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Children will attend one of these sections, the same day each week. Weekly tutoring sessions will begin in early February and continue through mid-May.
--Please indicate below which day you want your child to be considered
--Each session will start promptly at 5:15 PM and end approximately 6:45 PM
--Children accepted to the Spring 2022 Literacy Tutoring Program commit to participate in all tutoring sessions
--After school activities need to be planned around this schedule
--Tuition for the Spring 2022 Literacy Tutoring Program is $75, payable upon notification of acceptance to the program.
--A mixture of synchronous and asynchronous instruction is utilized
--Students work in small groups with at least 2 tutors
