EGR displays cannot be removed from or destroyed by the registered customer(s) or by someone other than an EGR representative. The retailer (you) may be responsible for the sum of $700 per display for any unauthorized removal or destruction. Displays covered under this disclaimer include, but are not limited to, EGR RollTrac Display, RollTrac Video Display, Fender Flare Display, Window Visors and/or Hood Shield displays. Any person or company involved with the removal or destruction of an EGR display will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, as this conduct amounts to willful destruction or damage to property, criminal vandalism, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and conversion of property. Additionally, any participation in a scheme to remove or destroy an EGR display, or limit, restrict, or interfere with EGR’s distribution of its products, constitutes anticompetitive conduct in violation of federal antitrust law, including the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. 1051, et seq. If any person or company invites you to participate in such scheme, please report it immediately to your EGR representative.
