I state that I am empowered to act on behalf of the group/organization, and state the following is true.
1. The vehicle or other equipment that my group/organization will use in this Brooklyn Pride event has sufficient liability insurance to cover the vehicle for the parade.
2. My group/organization assumes any and all liability for damages or injury resulting from contingent.
3. On behalf of my group/organization, and its members, we agree to hold Brooklyn Pride, Inc., its members, board, officers and other associated personnel harmless of all accidents, injury, and/or damages to the participants and/or property of my group/organization and its members.
4. I have received and read these rules and regulations, in this registration application.
5. I UNDERSTAND THAT I, OR A REPRESENTATIVE, WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A PARADE MEETING PRIOR TO EVENT

My typing in my name shall act as my signature, agreeing to the conditions above.  I understand that only registrations and payments received prior to April 30 will be listed in the Pride Guide, and based on capacity, registration MAY close entirely by May 15.
