STEPNAU will guide you through all the steps to start your successful path in tech\digital skills.

"STEPNAU” stands for Skills Development, Training, Economic Placement, and Personal Growth for Refugees, Migrants and Jordanians from Friedrich Naumann Foundation.

In this year STEPNAU is a new opportunity to deepen your knowledge and skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, freelancing, entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence & Economic and social laws for Refugees and Jordanian.

It is a six-month program that will begin with online courses, on-site workshops and business trips in four governments in Jordan for 3 months. These trainings will be led by experienced trainers and will provide you with technical and practical skills and knowledge.

After the integrated trainings, you will work closely with mentors to develop and refine YOUR business idea. You will receive guidance on YOUR idea. Additionally, the mentors will help to identify networks, markets and connect you to relevant resources.

The program will culminate in a hackathon where you will showcase your idea and receive feedback from industry experts. The hackathon will be an opportunity to be a winner in STEPNAU 2023.

Eligibility 

  • Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old. 
  • All nationalities are eligible (Jordanian, Syrian, Iraqi ,Arab Sudanese, etc) 30% Jordanian only!
  • Applicants must be from (Amman, Irbid, Mafraq and Maan).
  • Applicants must have at least IOT (Information of Technology) or Tech-basics.
  • Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in technology and the digital field.
  • Those who are currently working in technology-related fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • You have extra time and you want to invest in it.

Participation in STEPNAU is free, including travel and accommodation costs, you just need to apply.
