I hereby release and hold harmless the Discovery Academy and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in any activities or events offered by The Discovery Academy.

I understand that participating in activities or events at the Discovery Academy may involve certain risks and hazards, and I willingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

I also understand that the Discovery Academy is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Discovery Academy and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of my participation.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this hold harmless release and agree to be bound by its terms.
