ViP Tutoring 2021-2022 Non-Partner Student Registration Form
Welcome! We are glad you reached out for assistance!

**Please note that we are still accepting registrations but those entered now may be added to a waitlist due to the volume of pre-registrations/registrations received to date.** However, we have spots open and add new ones
often so we encourage you to register.

Below, you will find an option asking whether you prefer in-person or virtual (Zoom) sessions. We will do our best to accommodate your location(s) of choice for in-person sessions.

PLEASE NOTE - Both the ViP Tutor and Student Code of Conduct are available on our website under the FAQ/Documents page. There are other students waiting to be matched, and our tutors do a lot to prepare for sessions, so we are unable to accommodate no-shows or consistently late students.

If you would like to discuss things first with a director before registering, please email us at info@viptutoring.org so that we may resolve any questions or concerns before you complete this form.

IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please submit one form per student. We plan to officially match sets in September after students/tutors have solidified their school and activity schedules. We will contact you from our ViP email or text (the option you choose below) to discuss a potential tutor match-please respond in a timely fashion, or we will need to move on to another student. Once your student is matched with a tutor, please support us and your student by setting reminders of when weekly sessions occur, checking your Remind app & email regularly, and communicating with your tutor as needed. For virtual/Zoom sessions, the student should be prepared to have their camera and audio on. Our tutors are a select team of teacher-recommended & trained high school student tutors enrolled in advanced or college-level coursework. Unfortunately, they are not certified or equipped to assist students with special needs. We appreciate your understanding.
We will be connecting you to our Director of Family Support this season, who will be there to assist you with any special circumstances or communication needed with your child's teacher. We also have enrichment options for your student to participate in during those sessions where homework may be light so that your student can still use that time to sharpen any skills in other areas. And of course, our tutors continue to receive ongoing training as a part of our team.
