Visit Canton offers Frontline & Customer Service Training to Travel Industry Partners in Stark County. Several in-person group trainings will be offered in 2023. Tourism partners may also request a private training for staff and volunteers; Visit Canton will come to your location to present an hour-long customer service and frontline training program to your staff at your location. 

Our goal is to educate our tourism partners and their staff on these important topics:
