2024 Summer Excel Training Sign Up Form
Please fill out the following form, which will serve as your son or daughters official sign up for Zeeland West's summer Excel Program. Please pay specific attention to the age group and time for each group.

If you have more than one child, please fill out a different form for each child. We prefer to receive payment ahead of time whenever possible by turning it into the athletic office at Zeeland West or to Mr. Vande Guchte directly. The cost is $120 for the six weeks of training and a t-shirt.  Checks should be made out to Zeeland West Athletics with Excel written in the memo line. Please bring exact cash so we don't have to have extra cash on hand.  Sign ups will continue throughout the summer or until all spots have been accounted for in each group. Groups will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Start Date: Monday, June 10, 2024
End Date: Friday, July 26, 2024

Group Times:
HS boys (9th-12th)- 7:30-9:00
HS/MS girls(6th-12th)- 8:45-10:15
MS boys(6th-8th)- 10:00-11:30

Price- $120 (Checks made out to Zeeland West Athletics with Excel on the memo line or exact cash is preferred)
