I grant First Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills the rights to use photographs of my child. I understand that the church will not identify myself or my child(ren) by name but may  identify which congregation to wish I belong. I authorize the church to use such photographs for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content without compensation.

The cost is $30/person older than 12, and $20/person 12 and under. This includes continental breakfast, lunch, activities, and seminar.
