MLK Day 2024 Math Festival Availability Form

We will hold Cambridge Math Circle's 6th annual Citywide Math Festival on MLK Day, Monday, January 15th, 2024, 10 am to 12 pm. The festival will take place in the Fletcher Maynard Cafeteria, at 225 Windsor Street, Cambridge (use the Harvard Street entrance).

Folks who are working at the festival should aim to arrive around 9 am on January 15th to set up (9:30 for folks who will have their children with them). We will have childcare in the gym in case your kiddos need to take a break in a quiet place. The festival is done at 12, and if you're helping clean up, you should be done by 12:30.

The festival hosts around 200 community members, participating in 15+ different activities. We need 20-25 activity facilitators, and 5-10 logistics folks.

If you're facilitating, this is a chance to either suggest and run an activity that you think folks will enjoy, or learn one of the activities we have planned and run it. This way you get a fun activity to do at home with your family. Everybody who helps out gets one of our kid-tested commercial board or card games, too!
