When you apply, you must be beware that your possibility to travel and take part in VAKE depends on the local, national and international Covid-19 restrictions at the time of the event. As a worst case scenario, we can be prevented from arranging VAKE.

VAKE is a team competition. We need one application from each team. You cannot apply for VAKE with more than one team. Please respond in English - latin letters. Please answer all questions accurately.

Practical information
Bus transfer from Kirkenes/Vadsø to Berlevåg before the race, and accomodation in Vadsø one night after the race are included in the participation fee. Since the travel arrangements will depend on the covid-19 pandemic situation, we will collect data on this within a month before race start.

Rules and regulations
We have read and understood the Race Manual and Packing List and accept the terms *
By not taking the Race Manual seriously, you may put yourself, others and the organizer at risk. Breaking rules might lead to disqualification (Race Manual: http://vake.no/index.php/race-manual)
We will abide by the given Covid-19 travel and quarantine restrictions in April 2021, and are aware that those might affect our chance to take part in VAKE. We understand that travel expences will not be refunded by VAKE if we cannot attend or if VAKE is cancelled. You will get a 75% refund of the entry fee if you cannot attend because of travel or quarantine restrictions, or if VAKE is cancelled. For other payment rules, check vake.no and the race manual. *
