SanZen ExecutiveSession reservation request
This is the application form for the training program conducted at a Zen temple in Kyoto, offered by the Kyoto Meditation Center. Please check here for details of the session.

Confirmation Item #1: Date of Event This experience is offered in the serene environment of a privately reserved temple in Kyoto. To facilitate scheduling, please apply more than one month before the desired date of the event.
Confirmation Item #2: Cost The participation number ranges from 5 to a maximum of 80 people, with a standard price of 20,000 yen per person. It is possible to conduct the session with fewer than 5 participants, but the cost for 5 participants will still be required. Additionally, the cost will be adjusted according to the desired session content and the number of participants.
Confirmation Item #3: Payment Payment for travel agencies is via bank transfer, while individual customers will pay through our affiliated OTA companies. Prepayment is required.

Confirmation Item #4: Language Support This experience is available in English or Japanese. We are unable to accommodate other languages.
Confirmation Item #5: Transportation and Accommodation We are unable to assist with transportation or accommodation. Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting place on time. The location is within a 30-minute taxi ride from the center of Kyoto City.
Confirmation Item #6: Reservation After your application, our staff will contact you to finalize the location, date, and details of the event. The reservation will be confirmed upon payment. Please note that filling out this form alone does not constitute a reservation.
