MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:
-Followers = 2000
-Average Viewers = 20
-Hours Streamed Per Month = At least 40 hours within a 30 day period.
-6 month streaming history consistent with the majority of other criteria.
-MUST SUBMIT "Broken Ankle Video" WITH APPLICATION SUBMISSION

*There is a minimum 30 Day processing period for all applications
**If your application is submitted within the first 10 days of the month, it is expected to be reviewed by the first meeting of the following month.  If your application is submitted after the first 10 days of the month, it is expected to be reviewed by the first meeting an additional month later.

***Please ensure that your VODs are viewable during this period by disabling "subscriber only viewing" options



REQUIREMENTS UPON ACCEPTANCE:
-Members must meet a monthly 50% raid percentage of other team members.
-Members must show the Broken Ankle team tag.
