Recital Registration Code Request Form - Spring 2020
Please submit this form by Friday, January 3, 2020.

As Recitals Registration are suppressed from the Class Schedule, you will need a Class Number in order to register. Submitting this form lets your advisor know that you intend to enroll in Recitals Registration in Spring 2020 and that you are requesting a Class Number. Once you have received the class number you are responsible for enrolling by the end of the first week of classes, through CiS.

Student Recitals require students to be enrolled currently in Private Lessons the semester of their recital.

Undergraduate and Graduate Students: Following approval by the Area Head, you will receive your Class Number via your UMail Account.

This Class Number is the property of the University of Utah and may not be shared with other students. Please register by the end of the first week of classes.

Special Fee: $150/Semester. *This fee covers program production and printing, piano tuning, and recording costs. There is also a required deposit of $25 for recital hall reservations (in addition to the $150 special fee); the deposit is refunded if the recital hall and the green room are left in the same condition as they were provided.
