A small group of us are working on a new project with the potential to create a service where you can purchase phone/cell credit/minutes/data with Nano via a Telegram Bot. The aim is to take advantages of the positives of Nano so would be very quick but also cheaper then other services as Nano doesn't have network fees (though there will still be some fees). We are still exploring the potential legal side of this service which is why there are questions about KYC.
