In keeping with this spirit of truthfulness, this form is an outlet for anyone and everyone in or around the Alpha Omega Westside Campus Ministry to be able to express any feedback they may have regarding the conduct of our leadership. Whether that feedback may pertain to the teachings offered in a lesson or perhaps something simply mentioned by a leader in passing, we want to ensure that any concerns or grievances are made light of and thoroughly heard.

Although we would love for you to bring feedback directly to our leaders, we recognize that not everyone feels comfortable doing so. As such, we hope that this form can serve as another channel in our continual dialogue as a family.
