I am participating in a Kεfi Fit™ exercise class. I recognize that all Kεfi Fit™ classes require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.  I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Kεfi Fit™ classes (aerobic dance classes).  I represent and warrant that I am physically able and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in Kεfi Fit™ fitness classes.  I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages (known or unknown), property damage or loss of any kind in which I may incur as a result of participating in a Kεfi Fit™ class and waive any liability or claim I may have against Kεfi Fit™ its owner(s) and/or instructors, the venue (HCGM).  I understand that the use of videos, and live social media streaming is not permitted during the classes and the posting or distribution of such is strictly prohibited and subject to the privacy laws of Canada unless authorized by owner(s) of Kεfi Fit™. Video footage and pictures may be taken for promotional purposes by KEFI Fit™ or media however members will be advised and always have the option to opt out.  Video or pictures of live classes in session by members are not allowed unless the permission has been given by the instructor and participants. Please accept this as my signature.

You agree to adhere to the public health guidelines that are in effect at the time of session.

Please ensure your payment is sent via e-transfer to info@kefifit.ca in the amount of $48.00 in order to complete your registration.

There are no refunds. We thank you for your understanding and collaboration as we continue to be of service to our members by offering them as many opportunities to get in their workout with us as we can. In the event your instructor must cancel class due to an emergency or illness and a replacement is not available, a make up class will be offered or a refund issued. This is up to the discretion of each instructor and subject to venue schedule flexibility.  In the event of government lock-down classes will continue on Zoom.
