預約須知1. 本寺導覽僅受理五人以上(含五人)團體預約。如欲參加，請於導覽兩週前完成預約，以利本寺安排導覽老師。
2. 為防治新冠肺炎疫情(COVID-19)，參與導覽時建議全程配戴口罩，確保你我安全。
3. 報名時務必詳細填寫表單資料。表單送出後，寺方將主動聯繫確認並安排解說老師，確認解說老師後，將另以電話通知，請保持手機聯繫管道暢通。
4. 導覽時請依照導覽解說員指示參觀，切勿自行脫隊或隨意觸摸、移動、攜走、破壞展示物品，如有任何毀損或偷竊行為，將負賠償及相關法律責任。
5. 導覽結束時，導覽員會禮貌邀請所有人合照作執勤紀錄。如需照片作紀念，請主動告知導覽員，並登記自己的email，以利工作人員知悉。
6. 本活動屬免費服務性質；不收取任何費用，亦不提供交通、餐飲等服務，參加者請依個人需求自行準備，並自行投保相關保險項目。
7. 本寺導覽屬免費服務性質，故不會向參與者收取任何費用；申請者對其團員亦不得有任何商業收費行為，違者將不予受理報名。
8. 如患有慢性疾病（心臟病、高血壓、氣喘、糖尿病等）需長期服藥者，請自行攜帶常備用藥，並留意身體狀況，如聆聽導覽時有身體不適情形發生，請於第一時間主動告知導覽人員。
9. 導覽二天前，本寺將再次致電與您確認行程是否有異動，若您的行程有所變動，請務必主動提前電話告知。
10. 本寺導覽為免費服務性質，請勿完成導覽預約後無故缺席，敬請大家共同珍惜資源。
11. 有 * 的表單項目，請務必確實填寫，如有疏漏，恕無法受理報名。
Appointment instructions
