Zariah Cameron, a Graphic Design student at North Carolina A&T State University, is creating her own design initiative program to help black design students.
AEI (Advocate, Educate, Innovate) Design Program is an initiative program used to provide resourceful workshops, panel discussions, speaker series, and networking opportunities, centered around design. The goal is to further develop the skills and knowledge of design for black college students, in hope of showcasing more black representation, within the design industry.
Part of our program is offering mentorship opportunities to black college students to receive the proper guidance in navigating their design discipline in their early careers. This will help students prepare for the design industry.
