We would like to invite you to fill out a ISTH-sponsored survey which aims to obtain a global map of availability of genetic diagnosis for inherited platelet disorders (IPD) in different countries. Mapping the current situation may eventually lead to strategies addressing possible differences in access to genetic testing which may improve the care of patients with these rare disorders.  According to your answer to question number 2, a 17- or 8-question based survey will be displayed.
