PLEASE NOTE: This workshop will focus on DA Promises 2 & 11 and explore body awareness and meditation as a means of deepening our recovery and well-being. Exercises & discussion on awareness, focus, mind-body connection, meditation, and present moment experience.
Promise No. 2 "Clarity will replace vagueness. Confidence and intuition will replace confusion and chaos. We will live engaged lives, make decisions that best meet our needs, and become the people we were meant to be."
Promise No. 11 "Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with G-d as we understood G-d, praying only for knowledge of G-d's will for us and the power to carry that out."
