Zikaron BaSalon - Teen

Zikaron BaSalon - translated "remember in the living room" - offers a new, engaging and intimate way to commemorate Yom Hashoah and its significance through discussions at home among family, friends and guests. A Holocaust survivor or descendant shares their story in an intimate setting with a small group of people.

For this event, Jewish Federation of New Hampshire welcomes Eva Berger, the daughter of Holocaust survivors. She will speak about her mother’s recorded story of WWII Nazi occupation and concentration camp survival. Eva is committed to telling her mother’s story in the firm belief that only through education can we begin to combat hate and prejudice.

This event will be hosted in a private home on May 2nd at 7PM in Bedford (exact address with be shared after registration). The program is geared towards teenagers ages 13-18. Parents/Guardians are encourged to attend with their children.
