The following represents the top 64 footballers as determined by their current market value on Transfermarkt. The top four are given 1-seeds, five through eight are given 2-seeds, and so on. Each block of four "seeds" was randomized before generating the bracket.
Other than that, it'll follow basically the same format as the NCAA tournament: In the first round, 1-seeds play 16-seeds, 2-seeds play 15-seeds, and so on. The "second round" will begin once we've reduced it to 32 players and will follow the typical bracket/"region" format.
