1. Q. Where does my money go?
A. All fees collected for spaces go to pay venue rent, advertising, insurance, signage, & staff. Any leftovers funds are put into day of show costs and Emergencies.
2. Q. What Advertising is done
A. Each event has individualized advertising plan. We hand out flyers to local homes and Business’s, we have an 8x4 ft black sign that moves with us, we have 150+ white and yellow signs, we also have sign spinners that work to draw lots of attention during shows. We also spend money advertising on many different websites, apps and more.
3. Q. Can I get a refund?
A. There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled. If we fully cancel a event you will get your full refund. If we move a event and the new location, date, time that does not work--you will get a credit towards shows for the amount you paid. We do not allow show transfers or re-selling your spot to another vender either, unless specifically approved by a Perfectly Unique team member.
4. Q. What should I do if I have a question/complaint/issue
A. Find the nearest staff member and ask them for assistance if they can’t help you they will get you in touch with the person you need to talk to. 5. Q: What happens after submitting this form?
A. If there is an opening at the show you requested, you will receive an invoice from us. If you do not receive an email from us, that means you will be added to the back up/waiting list for the event.
6. When will I receive information regarding the show I paid for?
A. You will get an email the week of the event with all information needed for the event.

8. Q. Why does the vendor/direct sales spaces cost more then the crafter/handmade products spaces?
A. Crafters /handmade products have more costs associated with running their business such as taxes, materials, licenses, and more. in addition they also many time need double spaces. They are also a big part of what draws shoppers in without unique items our shows will not be successful for anyone so we drop the price slightly for crafters to help get more of them into and comfortable doing shows.
9. Do you allow more than one company per show?
A. we do not allow more then one specific company for example we would not allow two Mary kay reps to sell at the same show. However, we do have multiple vendors from the same category for this example health/beauty the number of reps per category is determined by the space size. We do not place vendors/crafters of the same category next to each other.
10 Q. What is the booth size? (These may change depending on the venue)
A .vfw/legion/armory/event hall 7x4
B. ice arena 8x8 to 12x12
C. Gym/School Cafeteria 8x8 to 8x10
11. Can I leave early from the show if it is slow?
No, we do not allow anyone to leave the show early unless prior discussion. If you break down prior to 3pm you will be charged $50 and will not be allowed to set up at any events, even if already paid until the $50 is paid. If this happens for the second time you will be banned from PUE events. This does not look good to our customers and you never know how many sales you can miss in the missed time of the event after you left.
