Notes:
For next year, NO classes during the week of Thanksgiving.1. The EES elective classes for the 2023-2024 school year's first semester opens now.
2. Please select the classes that suit to your child's interests and pay the tuition fee electronically through Zelle or by check to Enlighten Enrichment School. $25 will be charged for a returned check.
3. If dropping off the class before the 3rd class, we will issue a prorated refund of the tuition for the course. No refund will be issued for withdrawing from a course after the 3rd class. $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
4. Switching class is allowed before the 3rd class, but there is a $25 processing fee for a switching.
5. For Air-dry classes, NO Refund for Dropping off and Switching.
6. For non-EES, EPS, ECS students, there will be additional 10% added to the class fee. Please calculate and add to the payment. Thanks.

4． Put Student's First Name, Last Name, and Entering Grade into the Memo, for example: Sam Li G3
5． Write down the confirmation number of the transaction. For Citibank users, please write down "Zelle Debit PAY ID" from Account activity.
6. If you have paid twice due to the daily limitation, please write down that information from both transactions, and fill them into the corresponding areas in the tuition payment section at the end of this form.
If you prefer to pay by check, please have check paid to EES and drop it to school office.
