Somerville Food and Nutrition Services Department (FNSD) Survey, 2023

The information from this survey will be used to develop menus, education curriculum, and communication plans for the next three to five years. 

Your responses will be shared with school employees and the community. Your identifying information will be removed from any multiple choice responses. Please do not include personal information in your fill-in, written responses.

This survey is a collaboration between Food and Nutrition Services Department and the Somerville Parent Teacher Association Council, through a grant from the Rachel Ray Yum-O! non-profit organization. FNSD prepares and serves the meals at each school, using the nutrition guidelines established by the USDA School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program, and also provides educational frameworks around nutrition.
