Area Steward Application
Decatur Makers is currently looking for team players to help us:

Keep it Running:
Perform regular maintenance on equipment in an area.
Keep areas well supplied and organized.

Make it Accessible:
Answer questions from other users.
Offer “Safety Check” courses on equipment.

Area Stewards are volunteers who serve as a first point of contact and assistance for the greater community as it relates to their assigned area.

With responsibilities for community support, maintenance, and organization, Area Stewards are expected to spend a couple hours a week helping out around the Makerspace and responding to digital inquiries.
