By registering for the KOPPEL Model United Nations Conference 2019, the delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) KOPPELMUN 2019 does not tolerate any cases of harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion or age. Such instances shall be reviewed by the Secretariat and necessary actions shall be conducted at the discretion of the Secretaries Generals.

2) All delegates must respect the Rules of Procedure during the Committee Sessions and the General Assembly, this including:
a) English shall be the working language of KOPPELMUN 2019;
b) Delegates must be conversant with the Rules of Procedure document provided;
c) All delegates must wear appropriate apparel during the time of the MUN;
d) The participants must arrive on time at the Conference;
e) The delegates are required to respect other delegates and the KOPPELMUN Staff

3) All delegates must avoid actions which can affect the safety of oneself and the safety of other people.

4) The delegates are directed to avoid actions that could adversely affect the reputation of KOPPELMUN 2019 and its Staff.

5) KOPPELMUN Staff does not take any responsibility for the delegates, including:
a) Hazards concerning people’s safety;
b) The damage of the fixed property where the MUN debates will take place;
c) The damage of the fixed property where the delegates shall take up residence;
d) Any damage of the chattel by the delegates;
e) Any misdemeanours, concerning the Dutch and the international law

6) The registered delegates must pay the registration fee of €25,-. If a participant fails to pay the given fee, their enrolment will be cancelled/suspended. The registration fee is non-refundable. The same rules will go for our housing service. It is possible to cancel your registration until December 1st.

7) The KOPPELMUN Staff has the permission to publish the delegates’ personal and private information, including:
a) Photos taken during the KOPPELMUN Conference;
b) Name and surname;
c) Name of school;
d) Any information concerning the KOPPELMUN Conference.

8) In the case of the violations of the above terms and conditions, the KOPPLEMUN Staff has the right to suspend the delegate from the KOPPELMUN Conference. The decisions taken by the KOPPELMUN Secretary Generals will be final and binding in all matter related to the KOPPELMUN Conference.
