Hogwarts Summer Camp 2024 (August 10-11)
Calling all witches, wizards, and all other magical beings! It is time to register for Hogwarts Camp 2024! 

REGISTER BY JULY 1st!  
Capping at 40 campers so register quickly! 

We are so excited to embark on a new journey this year with our theme: Magic & Music!

Camp will run from 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10th through 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11th.  

Planned activities include but not limited to: 
- Diagon Alley (crafts/stores)
- Honeydukes Candy Shop
- Opening Ceremony with Sorting Hat
- Quidditch
- Transfigurations (science of sound)
- Magical Music Class
- Potions (tie-dye)
- Giant double slide waterslide!
- Giant inflated slip n' slide (new this year!)
- Labyrinth scavenger hunt (music theme of course!)
- Musical crafts
- Fun snacks
- Magical movies
- Board games
- Campfire fun
- Tent camping or inside sleepover (optional)
- FEATURE: Kazenodaichi Taiko Drumming Group (kids will experience performance and try themselves)
- Closing Ceremony including awarding House Cup!
- End of camp potluck with families

General Camp Schedule

All food and snacks will be provided!

All campers are invited to stay overnight on Saturday (optional). They may bring a tent to sleep in or they may stay in the MVUUC building with a sleeping bag. Parents/guardians are welcome and encouraged to camp overnight with their campers. Campers under 10 are required to have a parent with them if they are tent camping.  

Parents/guardians are welcome and encouraged to participate in any part of camp! We are formally inviting all families to join us on Sunday 12:30 for the Quidditch Cup Final, Closing Ceremony, and Potluck!  

VOLUNTEERS Needed: If you are able to help out in any capacity it would be greatly appreciated. Check-out the Sign-up Genius. 

Cost:
$100
(covers t-shirt, all activities, meals/snacks, teachers...)

All campers should bring:
- Bathing suit
- Towel
- Sunscreen and hat
- Reusable water bottle

If sleeping over:
- Tent (if tent camping)
- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Pajamas
- Toothbrush and toothpaste (any other needed toiletries)
- 1 change of clothes

We will have general First Aid supplies and bug spray available.

NOTE: This year we are giving the opportunity for our older campers to serve as Prefects. This is a great way to continue to enjoy our fun activities, get work/volunteer experience, and earn some house points!
