This pre-registration form will be available until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, July 27th, 2022. Participants may choose to pre-register, or register the day of the event.

If you pre-register, you must pay for your poker hands at the registration table on the day of the event to receive your poker hand sheet(s).

Registration begins at 9:00 am and ends at 11:00 am at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairfield, IA
Poker run begins at 11:00 am.   Last stop is Fairfield Elks Lodge , pizza will be available for free-will offering.  Scoring at the Elks.
There is plenty of truck and trailer parking at the fairgrounds, camping available for $15 per night (limited water and electricity, first come first serve).
 
WAIVER FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE FAIRGROUNDS. WAIVER FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY EVERYBODY UPON ENTRANCE TO FAIRGROUNDS TO PARTICIPATE. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND THAT MUST BE WORN FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.

Must follow all laws and regulations of the City of Fairfield, Jefferson County, Keokuk County, Wapello County & Washington County ATV/ORV Ordinances.  Copies of the ordinances will be available at registration.

> Maps will be available at registration.

Poker Rules:
> Each Poker hand is $25.
> Each player may buy as many hands as they would like.
> Players will collect stamps/signatures on their poker cards at each stop.
> Players will turn their cards in at the last stop, Fairfield Elks Lodge.
> Poker hands will be dealt with up to 5 cards per hand depending on how many stops that player
stopped at, with the best 5 card hand will be recorded.
> 50/50 payout to the top hand. In case of a tie, winners will be notified, and cards will
be redrawn to determine a winner.
> Leaving the group, or designated route is not recommended and will nullify any liability to the Jefferson County Fairboard.
