We're delighted you want to participate in the DanceAbility Class Series on most Saturdays in March and April (except for March 14 and April 11.) Since this is a class with the same people participating consistently, we will have a chance to go deeper with the work and our fellow participants as we sense, move and play together.  

FOR THAT REASON, WE'RE ASKING PARTICIPANTS TO MAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ATTEND AT LEAST FOUR OUT OF THE SIX CLASSES IN THE SERIES. There is no class fee; donations are appreciated but never obligated.

Doors will open at 1pm. Please arrive early enough to start on time at 1:30 pm and end at 3pm.

This event is at Light Box, 8641 Linwood, Detroit, which is an accessible space. Drive in to the parking lot from Linwood and enter through the door on the left side of the building

***Sometimes gaining access to something that has barriers or trauma attached (like dance!) can be difficult. If requested in this RSVP by one or more participants by February 24th, we'll have an emotional support person from Healing By Choice present for the class series to provide extra emotional support to anyone who might be struggling with emotions like grief, anger, anxiety, or overwhelming joy.

***DanceAbility is primarily for people ages 7 and up.  If you want to take the class series but can't unless you could bring a younger child, please let us know as soon as possible in this RSVP so we can explore possibilities.
