Golden Russet Farm's 2019 Fall CSA sign-up form
Thank you for signing up for our 2019 Fall Farm-to-Kitchen Connection CSA. The six pick-ups will take place at our farm in Shoreham on September 11th, 25rd, October 9th, 23st and November 6th and 20th. The total cost is $315. If you are unable to pick up your vegetables on any given week, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we can make other plans.
Please sign up below and make your payment at the farm, or mail a check to Golden Russet Farm, 1329 Lapham Bay Road, Shoreham, VT 05770. Once we receive your check, we'll follow up to confirm your membership!
