2022 BRIDGE RETREAT - REGISTRATION FORM
Youth: Enjoy completing the form online again this year. But please make sure to do them early so that we can recruit enough counselors to serve you without overwhelming them with large small groups!  And all information is confidential and will only be used by BRIDGE staff.

Adults: Please complete this application carefully and prayerfully. All information is confidential and will only be used by BRIDGE staff.  Also we are asking all the counselors to commit to our December training sessions to the best of their abilities.  We want to make sure we do our part in training and preparing your hearts to be like-minded and equipped so that we can better serve our students and glorify God in every aspect of our ministry efforts.  

**As usual, new COUNSELORS to BRIDGE will be led through a few additional questions about their spiritual backgrounds and personal walks with Christ.  It will take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to complete depending on your answers.
