INTRODUCTION: By his Real Presence in the Eucharist, Christ fulfills his promise to be with us "always, until the end of the age" (Mt 28:20).  With this gift of Christ's presence in our midst, the Church is truly blessed. In the Eucharist, the Church both receives the gift of Jesus Christ and gives grateful thanks to God for such a blessing. There are many things in Church that can help to remind us of this wonderful gift and to help remind us of Jesus. Take a look at the cover page for this week's Good News and look closely at the picture to see some things you see at Mass that help us to remember Jesus. Can you identify them? The picture below will help you to see all the things that we see at Mass that help us to remember Jesus. Look it over carefully and then answer the questions below.

JESUS IS WITH US ACTIVITY: Fantastic job!! All of the things that you identified above are signs that Jesus is present among us now. When we go to Mass and receive the Eucharist, we are receiving Jesus' Body and Blood. The Eucharist is given to our parish community to nourish our faith and to help us to grow closer to Jesus. When we leave the Mass, after receiving Holy Communion, Jesus wants us to go out and be the Body of Christ in the world. He wants us to love others as he loves us. He wants us to share the Good News of Jesus, to share what we believe. As a reminder of that message, we are going to create our own Church in our craft today to help us to remember how we need to be the Body of Christ in the world. Follow the instructions below to create your church.
