A Cappella Section Leaders act as a vital role to the ensemble. As a largely student-run group, section leaders are core in the audition and rehearsal process, logistical organization of rehearsals and performances, as well as create a positive and encouraging culture. Please r

1. Lead by example and exemplify positive engagement and enthusiasm in all rehearsals

2. Lead and facilitate sectionals and rehearsals, with clear communication to Ms. Donovan when you would like assistance or advice.

3. Execute well planned and organized rehearsals, with section leader discussions and meetings with Ms. Donovan to check in.

4. Serve as a voice for the a cappella group and be visible with recruitment efforts

5. Potential to help with rehearsal tracks and communication with singers.

It is expected that a section leader be an upperclassman, preference given to seniors and singers who have exhibited heavy involvement and commitment to Belmont A Cappella in previous years. You may still apply regardless to expound on your Choral experiences and qualifications.
