UCHS SGP Volunteer Sign Up Form

GRAD PARTY 2021 - June 15, 2021

HELP MAKE THIS THE BEST SENIOR GRAD PARTY EVER for the seniors of UCHS!

We are looking for parents from any grade level to help with Senior Grad Party.  Working on the "many hands make light work" principle, even just a few hours of your time will make a difference... and be greatly appreciated!

Please review the description below and fill out this form to let us know the area(s) where you would prefer to volunteer.  If you're not sure, just leave your contact information so you will be sure to hear about our meetings.

Organizing Committee - Responsible for the advance plans for the Grad Night Party:  This committee meets monthly to organize the activities that will be presented at the event (Prizes, decorations, check-in, food, photography, activities, etc).

Team/Shift Leaders for set up and tear down - The volunteer coordinator (me) needs a group of parents (please) to help manage the set up and tear down activities.  Team/shift leaders will be the point people in directing and managing volunteer setup and teardown workers (see next bullet).  This group will meet 2-3 times before the event to sort out assignments and create schedules.

Volunteers  for set up and tear down - these are the volunteers for the set up, party night and tear down shifts.   They will be assigned to a team/shift leader for instructions.   A schedule will be sent with shifts for you to select when you are available to help.

Volunteers during the event - help with Check-In, Prize Table, Food Service, Graffiti Wall, Memory Lane, Photography, or Security

We welcome donations of prizes and food for our grads.  We also welcome donations of food and beverages for our workers - to help keep them strong and happy!!
