Talent Pipeline Strategy and Upskilling: anybody who works on the macro-strategy of the EA talent pipeline, anybody providing holistic talent support, anybody working on good governance, organizations providing training and fellowships to candidates, EA professional groups that do not offer career advising but contribute to the talent pipeline.
3. Talent Coaching: anybody providing personal coaching, professional coaching, or career advising, EA professional groups that offer career advising.
